Giovanni Vitale

I'm currently a junior in Stony Brook's CS Honors Program, focusing on my specialization in AI & Data Science—oh, and I'm also double majoring in Applied Mathematics & Statistics. I have experience in building robust solutions from concept to deployment across quant finance, AI-powered applications, and interactive problem-solving tools.

Most recently, I interned as a Software Engineer (Quant developer) at Acadia Analytics, where I developed models and backtesting frameworks for delta-one products based on soft commodities like cocoa and soybeans.

Outside of school and work, you'll find me playing Overwatch for my university's esports team, catching up on the latest festival sets from my favorite EDM artists, or working on puzzles (my favorite one to date)
